Sobre los benificios de ser vegetariano hay muchisima info en google, cada día más gente se convierte en vegetarianos y realmente siempre veo en ellos solo cambios positivos.
A veces me preguntan si se puede adelgazar con dieta vegetariana. Mi respuestas es si y no, depende qué ustedes van comer. Pueden cada día comer pan con papas fritas, comida vegetariana pero lejos de ser sana. Hay gente que sube de peso con cambio de la dieta, pero eso pasa por elegir mal la comida y opciones (excepto si su meta es subir de peso).
También las dudas si ser vegetariano es más caro, pero todo lo contrario, revisan el video mio ¿Comer sano es caro? para ver los opciones :)
Hasta el momento tengo varias recetas vegetarianas en página DIETA, pero en el mismo tiempo tengo muchas recetas antiguas con las carnes, de los tiempos cuando yo comía todo eso. Creo que esas recetas voy a dejar igual, para dar opciones a toda gente con distinta alimentación.
